Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
• Sufficient funds are available to complete the purchase.
• You will not initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

We reserve the right to investigate and respond to fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods transfers once full payment has been received.

Returns & Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

You have the legal right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery. Our extended 30-day returns policy is set out in our separate Refund Policy.

Where permitted by law, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable amounts for:

• Diminished value caused by excessive handling.
• Missing parts, packaging or accessories.
• Damage caused after delivery.
• Collection fees for large, heavy or oversized items.

• Minor measurement tolerances may occur.
