By using this website, you confirm that:

3. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods.

A legally binding contract is formed only when:

  • You receive an order confirmation email from us, and

  • Full payment has been successfully processed

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including due to:

  • Pricing errors

  • Stock availability issues

  • Suspected fraud

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Products are sold for personal and household use only and not for resale.

4. Prices & VAT

  • VAT is included where applicable unless stated otherwise.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

We reserve the right to pursue fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership transfers once full payment has been received.

7. Returns & Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

You have the legal right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery.

Our extended 30-day returns policy is set out in our separate Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to deduct reasonable amounts for:

  • Diminished value caused by excessive handling

  • Missing parts or damage

  • Collection fees for large or heavy items
