Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, seasonal peaks or courier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email. You can use this information to monitor your delivery in real time.

Large Items & Pallet Deliveries
Larger or heavier products may be delivered by pallet courier. In these cases, the courier may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, and that the delivery address is accessible for larger vehicles where required.

If you are located in the South West and have booked our installation service, delivery and installation can be coordinated together. Our in-house team will contact you to confirm a suitable date and ensure a smooth, professional process from delivery through to installation.
