How to Track Your Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

A dispatch confirmation email.
Your tracking number, where available.
A link to the courier’s tracking page.

You can use this information to monitor your delivery in real time and check the latest status of your order.

When Will I Receive Tracking Details?

Tracking information is usually sent within 24 hours of dispatch, Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Large Items & Pallet Deliveries

Larger or heavier items may be delivered by pallet courier. In these cases, the courier may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Please ensure your phone number and delivery details are correct at checkout so the courier can contact you if required.

If you have booked our installation service in the South West, our team may contact you separately to coordinate delivery and fitting.
