SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard items: 2–5 working days

  • Large or heavy items (e.g., gazebos, sheds, pergolas): 3–7 working days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Delivery Charges

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Some products may qualify for free delivery. Where applicable, this will be clearly displayed on the product page.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote or rural locations

  • Oversized or pallet deliveries

Any such charges will be confirmed before dispatch.


5. Large & Heavy Item Deliveries

For bulky or oversized items:

  • Delivery may be made via pallet or specialist courier

  • Curbside delivery may apply (delivery to the nearest accessible point)

  • Customers may be required to assist with unloading

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • Access is suitable for delivery vehicles

  • Someone is available to accept delivery

Failed deliveries due to access restrictions may result in redelivery charges.


6. Risk & Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of goods transfers once full payment has been received.


7. Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Supply chain disruption

  • Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional charges may apply for redelivery.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

If your item is:

  • Damaged

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where possible.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect your claim.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.
