RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include all parts, manuals, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior written approval will not be accepted or refunded.


Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For large, heavy, or oversized items (including garden structures and storage units), collection fees may apply and will be deducted from the final refund amount.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence where applicable.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
